Eligibility of London South Bank University

This university's standards for admissions vary depending on the level of education being sought. For the foundation programme, an average of 50-55% is required from Indian Standard XII or a certificate from the International Baccalaureate programme. Undergraduate applicants must have an average of 55-65% (depending on the exam board) or equivalent grades in three GCE A-level subjects. For International Baccalaureate diploma holders, 24 points are the minimum requirement. Those with an approved UK Foundation programme must have achieved a minimum average of 55-60%. Diplomas from accredited polytechnics or colleges (2-3 years duration) are also accepted, with a minimum of 58%. It should be noted that some courses at this university require specific subject units to have been completed in Standard XII/A-Level/IB or equivalent. For postgraduate programmes, a minimum of 53-55% is required from a prominent Indian university's honours programme or an honours degree from an accredited university with at least 55%. Equivalent honours degrees from international universities are also accepted.
