Eligibility of Memorial University of Newfoundland
When applying to a university, students must have successfully completed a recognized university preparatory program and have taken senior-level courses in five subject areas, including English, mathematics, a chosen language, social sciences, and an elective. A minimum grade of 50% is required in each of these essential subjects, which is typically equivalent to no more than two grades below 50% with a passing grade in each of the five areas.
