Eligibility of St Clair College - Windsor Campus

This is a guide for international students who wish to pursue their studies in Canada. The first step in the application process is obtaining a Study Permit from the Canadian Embassy. This permit can only be applied for once a student has received an acceptance letter from a Canadian college. For students from India, the following minimum requirements must be met: - High school diploma and transcripts - English proficiency test scores, such as IELTS, CAEL, Pearson Test, or Duolingo, with a minimum overall score of 6.0 and no individual band lower than 6.0 - Level 51 or above on the Pearson Test - A score of 100 on the Duolingo proficiency test - The test results must not be more than two years old - Applicants must be at least 18 years old or have completed Grade XII or an equivalent qualification - A verified copy of an English translation of high school transcripts As an international student, you will also need to provide the following documentation: - High school transcripts and graduation certificate - English proficiency test scores (IELTS, PTE, or Duolingo) - If applying for the Student Partners Program (SPP), a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 with no band lower than 5.5 within the past two years is required. If you do not meet the minimum TOEFL or IELTS score requirements, you may be asked to take the CanTEST upon arrival at the university. In case you do not pass the CanTEST, you will need to enroll in the St. Clair College English as a Second Language (ESL) program before applying to any post-secondary institution.
