Foundation Entry Requirements:
For individuals who do not meet the academic qualifications to enroll directly in the first year of a Bachelor’s degree, a Foundation Year is available.
Undergraduate Entry Requirements:
An overall average of 60-65 percent in the 12th Standard is typically required, depending on the Board of Education.
Students with a relevant UK HND or Indian Diploma may be eligible for advanced entry into specific undergraduate programs.
Postgraduate Entry Requirements:
To be considered for admission to a postgraduate program, a three-year degree (B. COM, BBA, B. SC, BCA, etc.) from a recognized Indian university with an overall average of 60 percent (or CGPA of 6.0/10) is typically required.
For certain postgraduate programs, a three-year degree from a recognized Indian university with an overall average of 55 percent (or CGPA of 5.8/10) is required. Alternatively, a four-year degree (B. E, B. TECH, B. PHARM, B. ARCH, etc.) with an overall average of 50 percent (or CGPA 5.5/10) from one of the following universities- University of Mumbai, University of Delhi, University of Pune, Jadavpur University, or University of Calcutta- is also accepted.
English Qualifications:
A proficiency in the English language is a must for university education. The University of South Wales accepts the following English language qualifications:
An overall score of 65-70 percent in English in the HSC (12th Standard), depending on the Board of Education.
