Eligibility of Auburn University
This information pertains to a top university and its admission requirements. The university follows a highly selective and competitive admission process, and this applies to international applicants as well. Requirements for Undergraduate Applicants:
All students, including international freshmen and freshman transfers with less than 30 semester credit hours, are required to take the ACT or SAT. Applicants must also fulfill the following core curriculum requirements by the end of their high school education:
- Four years of English courses
- Three years of social sciences courses
- Three years of math classes, with Algebra I and II, as well as Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, or Analysis included
- Two years of Science courses, with Biology and Physical Sciences with a Laboratory Component
PGA Bachelor's Degree:
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (or its equivalent) from an accredited college or university.
GRE:
The GRE is optional for applicants to the Management, Finance, Master of Business Administration, and Master of Accountancy degrees.
English Proficiency Requirements:
To demonstrate proficiency in English, applicants are required to obtain a certain score on one of the following tests:
- TOEFL (internet-based): 79
- TOEFL (computer-based): 213
- TOEFL (paper-based): 550
- PTE: 53
- IELTS: 6.5 or higher.
