The Graduate School suggests that applicants should have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or a "B" average when applying. However, official WES (World Education Services) ICAP Course-by-Course evaluations for transcripts from non-US schools are also accepted by the UMBC Graduate School, although not mandatory.
