Eligibility of Tufts University

Here are the revised instructions for international students interested in applying to our university: 1. For students who wish to apply to our university, it is important to note that we welcome and value diversity in our student body. Our admissions team evaluates all applicants based on their own unique experiences and backgrounds, including any international education they may have received. 2. If students choose to include their SAT or ACT test scores as part of their application, we take into consideration their international background when interpreting their results. Additionally, we are aware of the various extracurricular activities available to international students and take these into account when reviewing applications. 3. Please note that all applicants whose native language is not English must demonstrate proof of English proficiency, unless they have completed at least three years of education at a secondary school where English is the primary language. However, even in this case, students are welcome to submit English proficiency test scores if they wish. Furthermore, students who have taken ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) classes in high school may be asked to provide evidence of competence.
